Space Maze Arcade
Last updated: 30 June 2026
The short version. Space Maze Arcade is a free, ad-supported arcade game built to collect as little about you as possible. There is no account, no login and no sign-up. We show ads through Google AdMob. On iOS, Apple’s standard tracking prompt asks whether you want personalised ads: allow it and ads may be personalised using your advertising identifier, decline it and ads are non-personalised. The game plays the same either way, and you can change your choice anytime in iOS Settings. We also use Apple Game Center for the leaderboard and Apple iCloud to sync your save across your own devices. We use no separate analytics and we do not sell your personal information.
This policy explains how the iOS game Space Maze (listed on the App Store as Space Maze Arcade, the “App”, “we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you play. The App is published by the developer of space-maze.com. For any privacy question or request, contact us at support@space-maze.com. This policy applies to the App only, and not to any other website, service or product.
The App shows a single type of optional advert: a rewarded video you can choose to watch to revive after a crash when you have no coins. We use Google AdMob (part of Google) to deliver this ad. To serve the ad and prevent ad fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects:
On iOS, the App shows Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt and asks your permission before any tracking. If you allow tracking, AdMob may personalise the ad using your Apple advertising identifier (IDFA) and may use it to measure advertising across apps. If you do not allow tracking, the App sends a non-personalised ad request and your IDFA is not used for targeting. You can change this choice at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Google processes this data as an independent controller under its own policies. Please review the Google Privacy Policy, how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services, and how AdMob handles data.
If you have Game Center enabled on your device, the App submits your best distance score to a Game Center leaderboard so you can compare scores with friends. Game Center is operated by Apple under your Apple Account. We do not receive your name, email or Apple Account details from Game Center, and we do not store your Game Center identity on our own servers. Game Center is optional and you can play the whole game without it. It is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
The App uses Apple iCloud Key-Value Storage to sync your best score, your coin balance and your owned ship skins across the devices signed into your Apple Account. This data is stored in your own iCloud account, managed and secured by Apple. We do not operate a server that receives or stores this data, and there is no Sign in with Apple and no account involved, it simply syncs your own saved game. iCloud is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Your local top-10 best-scores table and game settings are stored only on your device. This information stays on your device, other than the best-score value synced via iCloud as described above, and is not transmitted to us.
The information above is used only to:
We do not use your information for personalised advertising and we do not profile you. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Whether ads are personalised depends on your answer to Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt described above. Allow tracking and ads may be personalised, decline and they are not. For users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, where local law requires opt-in consent for personalised advertising, Google serves non-personalised ads unless a certified consent flow records your consent. You can withdraw permission at any time in iOS Settings.
Space Maze Arcade is a general-audience game. It is not directed to children under 13, or the equivalent minimum age in your country, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us at support@space-maze.com and we will address it.
We do not operate our own user database, so we do not retain your personal information on our servers. Data handled by Google, for advertising, is retained according to Google’s own retention policies. Data held in Apple Game Center and Apple iCloud is retained by Apple and controlled by you through your Apple Account settings. On-device data remains until you delete the App or clear its data.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information.
You may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, and to data portability. Because the App does not personalise ads and does not require an account, the personal data we are involved in is limited. For data processed by Google as part of ad delivery, Google acts as an independent controller, so please use Google’s tools and policy, linked above, to exercise rights against that processing. Our legal basis for showing non-personalised ads and keeping the App functioning is our legitimate interest in running a free, ad-supported game. You may contact us at support@space-maze.com with any request or to complain, and you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. You have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. To make a request, contact support@space-maze.com.
The App relies on Google and Apple services as described above. Their handling of data is governed by their own policies:
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
